Last weekend I got to photograph some beautiful work from the very talented Sam from Haus of Cake.
I had a lovely afternoon shooting with Sam and to top it off I got to keep the L♥VE cupcakes, needless to say they didn’t last long, Russ and I finished them off in one session.
Thanks Sam for a great afternoon and THANK YOU so much for the delicious treats. If you are in need of a cake for any occasion contact Sam at hausofcake@yahoo.com.au

So I’ve been pretty flat out lately working on wedding albums and getting on top of everything before it starts getting busy again. I’ve got three shoots that I have been meaning to post for a while. Two are for other wedding suppliers and the other is a little different to the norm. It’s a boudoir shoot of Christina, she really looks amazing and I can’t wait to share the photos, but for now here is a shoot I did a while ago for Tara Gow Make Up.
I had a fantastic time shooting in town, with three fabulous girls, Tahni, Diana & Hannah. As you can see from the photos Tarra does amazing work if you are interested in finding out more information you can

So this week was pretty exciting, I attended the PMA trade show in Sydney and watched the live judging of the APPA’s. I also stayed in town on Monday and had a girls night out at the annual APPA awards dinner.
In the judging my favourite jetty shot of Sarah and Nicholas scored an 84. Now I was 100% happy with that but when I opened my print case a couple of days later there sitting staring up at me was a Silver Distinction. I couldn’t believe it! My print was rejudged and marked up to a Silver Distinction. Break out the champagne! I was so excited I did a little happy dance.
